2nd SLST Exam Preparation:
Follow the WBSSC instructions. Below are some instructions and methods for preparing for the 2nd SLST exam.
Exam Schedule:
As per the exam schedule, the exam will start at 11:00 AM. The reporting time of the candidates is at 11:00 AM, and the venue gate will be closed at 11:45 PM. The last time to enter the exam hall is 12:00 PM. Be aware of the time, because this is the first step to your successful exam.
SLST OMR Answer Sheet:
For filling of OMR answer sheet, only clear blue or black ball pen is required. Using wrong pen may result in cancellation of your answer sheet. It is very important to follow these instructions.
Valid Photo ID Proof:
A valid photo ID proof like PAN card, driving license, voter ID, passport or Aadhaar card should be carried along. Apart from this, the candidates should also carry the admit card downloaded from the commission website as per the instructions.
Examination Rules and Transparency:
1. No one can leave the examination centre before the end of the examination time. This maintains the rules and transparency of the examination.
2. At the end of the examination, a duplicate copy of the OMR sheet and question paper should be submitted to the examiner. This maintains the transparency of the entire examination of the candidate.
Items to carry in the exam centre:
You will need to carry a clear water bottle, a blue/black ball point pen, the admit card and an original valid photo ID proof with you to the exam centre. If you carry these together in a clear folder, you will not face any problem during the exam.
Also, the admit card will be considered as provisional only. The final eligibility check for this exam will be done in the next step.
Instructions to the Candidates:
There are some restrictions in each exam centre. Such as watches, log tables, calculators, mobile phones or any other electronic devices. If any prohibited items are found, the candidate will be immediately expelled from the exam centre.
Venue location Surveillance:
The venue location should be re-verified a day before. This will help the candidate to take the exam safely and properly. There will also be CCTV surveillance and mandatory searches to ensure the security of the exam centre.
Instructions for PwD Candidates:
There is a special instruction for PwD candidates. They must use Scribe with prior permission (at least 24 hours in advance). PwD certificate, passport size photograph and valid photo ID proof must be brought along.
Illegal work:
If the candidate is caught in any illegal work during the exam, the exam will be cancelled and legal action will be taken. So be careful and follow the WBSSC instructions.
